Housing Support Services at Good Sam assists individuals and families throughout Chester and Lancaster Counties to stay in their own homes. Our caseworkers come alongside participants to determine the appropriate next steps. We offer an extensive array of services including rehousing and short-term rental assistance. We work together with our participants and community to ensure they have a safe place to call home.

We firmly believe that individuals and families are stronger, healthier, and more successful when they are in their own housing. Homelessness and housing insecurity have a traumatic effect on people. Adults often experience depression for several years after experiencing a housing crisis. When children experience homelessness or housing insecurity their mental health, physical health, and educational performance are negatively impacted. We work with men, women, and children to have a long-lasting impact and change.
